Yes, we purchase all products from official distributors of the brands we sell in South Korea.

1. Do you ship to other countries?

Currently, we only ship within Panama due to customs restrictions in each country.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $70.

3. Where do you ship?

We ship through Rapixpress, a reliable Panamanian company. The cost ranges from $3.50 to $8.00 and arrives at your home or office in less than three hours, depending on your location.

We also ship through (Uno Express, Ferguson and Flete Chavales) to other provinces.

4. When do you ship?

Once the purchase is made and confirmed, shipping is made the same day before 3:00 pm or the next business day after this time.

1. What payment methods are available?

We accept payments via Yappy, ACH, VISA, Mastercard, and Clave.

2. Can I cancel or change my order?

No, you can't cancel your order, but you can change it if you have selected the worng product. You can contact us through WhatsApp for this issue.
